Deferred Assessment
Deferred Assessment’s Instructions:
For Students:
- Step 1: Log in to the university website through the following link: [https://student.gulfuniversity.edu.bh/.
- Step 2: Go to the “Student Services” section.
- Step 3: Select “Deferred Assessment.”
- Step 4: Submit an application for deferred assessment through the provided form.
For Unit of A&R:
- Receive request with evidence and fees receipt.
- Send to the relevant Dean.
For the Dean:
- Evaluate students’ requests and provide decision on either approval or decline for each case.
- Send the approved cases to the University Exam Committee to conduct the deferred examinations.
- Send the approved cases for Project Juries/ Assessment Panels, to the relevant Head of Department to conduct deferred assessments.
- Send the list of rejected cases to A&R Unit.
