The IDE students visited the Dana Hall-Gulf Hotel under the supervision of Dr. Ashraf Nadheer during the Fall semester on 27/10/2022. The site visit was conducted for Interior Design Engineering Studio 5 students. The aim of this visit is to observe the site as it is part of the students’ project to design the plan as an exhibition. It was a good experience for the students to be able to see the real environment for interior design and how to manage it. They learned how to arrange the functionality of different types of commercial hospitality spaces. They also see the installations for different materials and explore the possibility of using them. Learn the importance of the interior designer and the meaning of work as a designer with large spaces.
