A field visit to Bahrain Development Bank, led by Dr. Qais Al-Maamari, the Head of the Department of Administrative Sciences, was conducted with a group of students. During the visit, they learned about the human resources strategy and how it is linked to the bank’s overall strategy. Additionally, the visit focused on understanding the implementation of various human resources practices, such as employee performance evaluation, fostering employee integration, employee selection and recruitment, training, and development.
