Highlighting the role of Gulf University in supporting technology in educational curricula, A student from the university participates in Zoholix Dubai.

Gulf University participated in the Zoholix Dubai event on The Palm Island as part of its pioneering role in supporting educational technology, where the student Qasim Jaafar Mansour presented his experience using Zoho applications within ERP applications for human resources and gave a presentation that was well received by the attendees.

The President of Gulf University, Prof. Muhannad Al-Mashhadani, said that the university’s participation in such events comes as a continuation of its pioneering role in benefiting from all technical applications that support the professional practice of students in all disciplines.

He pointed to the university’s keenness to push students to participate in professional events to be more prepared for the labor market, as such events open doors for them to interact with the labor market and those related to technological applications. In this respect, Prof. Muhannad Al-Mashhadani stressed the importance of Zoho and its positive impact on the practical application and integration of technology into the daily practices of Gulf students, pointing out that this integration contributes effectively to preparing students for the labor market and enabling them to interact effectively with technological challenges in the future.

He added that Gulf University is working hard to support and promote the use of technology in education and effectively integrate it into the curriculum.

During his presentation at Zoholix Dubai, Qassim Jaafar Mansour said that he benefited from Zoho’s applications in the field of human resources, especially in terms of human resources analytics, and was able to build reports on performance and workforce trends and develop better HR initiatives. He added that Zoho’s applications facilitate the process of understanding practices of professional nature in the field of specialization and provide a high ability to give intelligent analytics.

Qasim thanked Gulf University, which gave him this opportunity to learn about technological applications, including details, training courses and workshops, through which he was able to master these applications and apply them in his projects and educational duties.

It is noteworthy that the “Zoho” program has shown a great attractiveness thanks to its advanced features, provided an exciting and comprehensive learning experience where the application allows students to operate through a user-friendly interface compatible with the latest technology, and thanks to an innovative user interface, students can access educational content easily and effectively.

It is worth mentioning that the university holds institutional accreditation, and all its programs are trusted by the Education and Training Quality Authority, an IET Associate Membership certificate from The Institution of Engineering and Technology, a membership of the Association of Colleges of Journalism and Mass Media (ASJMC), and professional international accreditation from the British Royal Institute of Public Relations (CIPR). Noteworthy, media at the Gulf University is the first academic program in the Middle East to obtain this accreditation, as well as the university obtained the membership of the international AASCB, and the accreditation of the Association of Certified Public Accountants in Britain ACCA.

It is also notable that Gulf University opened during the current year the digital advertising and marketing program in cooperation with the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom, which is the first of its kind in the Kingdom of Bahrain, which grants a certificate accredited by the United Kingdom in this specialization, in addition to that, the university offers other academic programs in cooperation with the University of Northampton in the United Kingdom, such as a bachelor’s degree in “electrical and electronic engineering” and “mechanical engineering”.
