تعليمات اللجنة الإمتحانية الخاصة بالطلاب

 مايجب أخذه بعين الإعتبار من قبل الطلاب : وبما أن الجامعة اعتمدت آلية إجراء الاختبارات النصفية باستخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر في مختبرات الجامعة، فيجب على جميع الطلاب الالتزام بالقواعد التالية لمواصلة الامتحانات بطريقة مثالية:
  • يتحمل الطالب مسؤولية تأخره ولن يُسمح بتمديد الوقت لأي سبب.
  • يلتزم الطالب بلبس بطاقة الطالب التعريفية خلال الامتحانات.
  • يجب على الطالب أن يلتزم بالسلوك المنضبط ويمتنع عن أي عمل من شأنه المساس بحسن سير اداء الامتحان.
  • يمنع إحضار الهواتف المحمولة، الأجهزة السطحية، الساعات الإلكترونية المرتبطة بالهاتف، وسماعات الأذن، داخل المختبر، وضبط أي جهاز مع أي طالب يعتبر حالة غش.
  • يمنع الاستعانة بأي كتب أو مصادر خارجية داخل المختبر (إلا في حالة أن تكون تعليمات مدرس المقرر مخالفة لذلك).
  • يمنع على الطالب منعاً باتاً استخدام أي أوراق خلال الامتحان.
  • ضرورة أن يلتزم الطالب بأي تعليمات يُمليها أستاذ المقرر والمراقب المساعد.
  • يمنع منعاً باتاً التحدث مع أي طالب أثناء تأدية الامتحان.
  • المختبر مراقب بالكاميرات، وكذلك شاشات أجهزة الحاسوب، وفي أي حالة غش يتم الرجوع إلى كاميرات المراقبة.
  • يمنع الذهاب إلى دورة المياه خلال فترة الامتحان.
  • إزالة شاشة الحماية من جهاز الحاسوب أو التلاعب بالبرمجيات أو توصيلات أجهزة المختبر تعتبر محاولة للغش ويحال الطالب إلى لجنة التأديب بالجامعة.

Examination Committee Instructions for Students:

What Students Should Consider: Since the university has adopted the mechanism of conducting midterm exams using computers in the university laboratories, all students must abide by the following rules to continue the exams in an ideal way:
    • The student bears responsibility for being late, and no time extension will be allowed for any reason.
    • The Student must wear his student ID during exams.
    • The student must adhere to disciplined behavior and abstain completely from any action that would prejudice the proper conduct of the examination.
    • The student should not bring mobile phones or any other electronic devices such as earphones inside the laboratory.
    • The student is prohibited from using any books or external sources inside the laboratory (Unless the course instructor’s instructions are contrary to that).
    • The student is strictly forbidden from using paper during the exam.
    • The student must abide by any instructions dictated by the course instructors and the assistant invigilators.
    • Talking to any student during the exam is strictly forbidden.
    • The laboratory is monitored by cameras, as well as computer screens, and in any case of cheating, the surveillance cameras will be referred to.
    • It is forbidden to go to the toilet during the exam period.
    • Any incident of removing the protective screen from the computer or tampering with any program or wire from the laboratory equipment is considered an attempt to cheat, and the student will be referred to the university’s disciplinary committee.
