Participants will be introduced to the fundamental concepts of AI, including its history, different types, and real-world applications. They will explore how AI can improve efficiency, reduce human error, and enable businesses to operate more effectively.
2: Identifying Areas of Application in the Workplace
Participants will learn how to identify opportunities for AI integration in their specific work environment. This may include streamlining administrative tasks, improving customer service, enhancing data analysis, and more. They will analyze the pros and cons of AI deployment in these areas, considering factors such as cost, feasibility, and potential return on investment.
3: Hands-On Experience with AI Tools
Participants will gain practical experience with some popular AI tools relevant to their field. They will use these tools in guided exercises designed to highlight the potential of AI in facilitating and improving work-related tasks.
