Introduction:

The College invites applications for an Assistant Professor in Project Management to commence in September 2026. The successful candidate will demonstrate excellence in teaching, research, and applied project management practice.
1. Expected Qualifications:
- A Ph.D. degree in Project Management or a closely related discipline from an internationally accredited university, preferably AACSB-accredited.
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile-related certifications is highly desirable.
2. Expected Experience:
- At least three years of teaching experience in Project Management or related disciplines at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
- A strong research profile with publications or clear potential in Project Management journals.
- Experience in managing or participating in real-world projects.
- Experience in course design, assessment, and quality assurance aligned with accreditation standards.
- A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience in project-based environments.
3. Required Skills:
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
- Ability to integrate theory with practical project management applications.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Research competence in project, program, or portfolio management.
- Ability to teach in Arabic and English.
4. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Teaching and learning: Deliver Project Management courses across various program levels.
- Academic service: Participate in departmental, college, and university committees.
- Research engagement: Conduct and publish research in Project Management and related fields.
- Community engagement: Support professional, industry, and community-based project initiatives.
