Graduation Registration Process

Register via SIS

Log in to the Gulf University SIS page and register for the graduation ceremony

Purchase Tickets

Pay the base fee (176 BD incl. VAT) and purchase up to 3 additional guest tickets (11 BD each)

Pick Up Gown

Pick up your cap & gown from the Student Services Unit with your Student ID

Attend Rehearsal

Attend the rehearsal session at the scheduled date (TBC)

Graduation Day

Arrive by 3:00 PM in formal attire at the Gulf Hotel on Sunday, June 14, 2026
