Gulf University Redefines Alumni Engagement with AI-Powered Smart Platform

Gulf University has announced the launch of its innovative digital platform, enhanced with artificial intelligence technologies, to advance its alumni services and form an integrated ecosystem that connects career-path tracking, intelligent guidance, and the building of sustainable professional networks. This strategic step addresses the traditional gap in periodic alumni follow-up mechanisms and transforms alumni records from static data into active resources that support student employment, enhance academic curriculum development, and strengthen the University’s standing both locally and internationally. The University has invited all its graduates to join this digital milestone and to proceed with their registration.

The new platform features a smart career navigation system that offers tailored solutions to connect graduates with available job opportunities and prepare them for interviews, alongside comprehensive digital profile management, automated data verification, and the tracking of professional achievements after graduation. The platform also provides tools for organizing events and distributing smart surveys that measure employer satisfaction and analyze skills gaps in order to deliver structured reports to decision-makers, in addition to governing alumni participation as guest speakers in the colleges or as members of industrial advisory boards, and managing the ambassador programs through which graduates represent the University across different regions.

On this occasion, Mr. Ali Mansoor, Head of the Technology Department at Gulf University, stated that the development of the platform was built upon an advanced and scalable cloud infrastructure, with full commitment to the highest standards of data security and confidentiality. He affirmed that the system operates through artificial intelligence algorithms capable of automating and updating records immediately upon graduation, and of tracking graduates’ career progression through periodic reports and intelligent analytics that ensure the accuracy of key performance indicators and provide academic departments with a clear reading of the evolving requirements of the labour market.

For his part, Mr. Abdullah Emad, Head of the Student Services Unit at Gulf University, emphasized the importance of the platform, calling on all graduates across different categories and graduation years to register and update their data in order to make the most of the training packages, career opportunities, and continuous professional guidance offered by this national initiative.
