On April 23, 2026, in celebration of World Book Day the library successfully organized a virtual activity to showcase and honor books authored by Gulf University faculty and students. Following a call for submissions earlier in the month, the compiled publications—including book covers and descriptions—were featured on the library's social media and official digital platforms. This initiative successfully enhanced the visibility of institutional academic achievements, promoted a culture of reading and authorship, and fostered community appreciation for the university's creative and scholarly contributions.
