In the presence of His Excellency Dr. Mohammed bin Mubarak Juma, Minister of Education and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Higher Education Council, Gulf University organized the Second Conference on Science, Engineering and Advanced Technology (ICSEAT) 2024. Prof. Muhannad Al-Mashhadani, President of Gulf University, announced the launch of the second edition of the conference, held on May 8 and 9, 2024, in cooperation with three international universities: Northampton University in the United Kingdom, Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom, and MSU University in Malaysia. The conference covered more than just engineering and technology disciplines, extending to related fields as well, with research papers published through the Springer platform.
