
Students from the Advertising and Digital Marketing programs at Gulf University visited the Arab International Cybersecurity Conference & Exhibition 2025 on 5 November 2025 at Exhibition World Bahrain.
The conference was held under the esteemed patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
The visit aimed to deepen students’ understanding of the role of cybersecurity in digital transformation, focusing on emerging threats, data protection, and best practices for safeguarding digital ecosystems.
During the exhibition, students explored cybersecurity tools and defensive technologies, real-world case studies on digital threats, insights from experts on combating cyber risks, and the intersection of security, marketing, and consumer trust. This academic field trip supported the department’s commitment to equipping students with industry-relevant knowledge essential for future digital marketing professionals.
