  • Masters of Business Administration (MBA) in 2012. Specialized in Human Resource and Marketing from Punjab Technical University, India.

Teaching & Learning Statement

Dr. Muskan's approach is to adapt teaching based on evidence to meet the needs of the students. Check student progress in meeting standards and learning goals. Actively involve students in assessment to promote continuous learning. She purposefully plans to adjust teaching practices to meet the needs of individual students and employ teaching strategies, techniques, and resources that meet the needs of all students.

Experience

Assistant Professor in Gulf University, Bahrain since September 2019. Chair of University Teaching Learning Assessment Committee (2021-2022). Active member of college quality assurance committee. Supervising Graduation Projects and Internships. Immense experience in benchmarking and NQF placement. Experienced in curriculum development, accreditation process, and designing varied assessments.

Research Interest

Dr. Muskan's research interest and publications are focused on Human Resource Management, Strategic Human Resource, International Human Resource, Leadership Development, Training and Development, Talent and Performance Management and HRD.
