Community Services — Academic Year 2023/2024

Gulf University, presented by Dr. Mohammed Dawwas, SSU, and Student's Council, organized The Beach Clean-Up Event in collaboration with University of Northampton. The initiative aimed to clean the beach, raise environmental awareness, and strengthen institutional partnerships.

In collaboration with SSU and the Student's Council, the Community Engagement Centre orchestrated a significant awareness initiative conducted on October 30, 2022, promoting unity and emphasizing the importance of early screening.

The Community Engagement Centre, in collaboration with SSU and the Student's Council, organized Tree Day on December 6, 2023. Over 900 plants were planted, fostering awareness and environmental responsibility.

Gulf University organized Bahrain National Day on December 14, 2023, to commemorate independence, heritage, and cultural achievements.

University leadership honored women staff and selected one student from twelve nominees to serve as university president for one day.

The Community Engagement Center welcomed a delegation from Capital School to explore university facilities and educational technologies.
