تعليمات الدراسة عن بُعد

For Gulf University Students – Kingdom of Bahrain

In order to ensure the continuity of the educational process, Gulf University announces the transition to online learning, effective immediately and until further notice.

Students are kindly requested to adhere to the following instructions:

لطلبة الجامعة الخليجية – البحرين

حرصًا على سلامة الطلبة واستمرارية العملية التعليمية، تعلن الجامعة الخليجية عن الانتقال إلى نظام التعليم الإلكتروني اعتبارًا من الآن وحتى إشعار آخر.

يرجى الالتزام بالتعليمات التالية:

1. Online Classes & Attendance

All lectures, seminars, and academic activities will be conducted remotely according to the approved academic schedule.
Students must visit the University's official website and select Student Portal.
Download and install Microsoft Teams by logging in to office.com using your official university email address and password.
All lectures will be delivered live via Microsoft Teams at their scheduled times.
Students are required to attend classes on time, participate actively, and comply with attendance regulations.

أولاً: آلية حضور المحاضرات

سيتم عقد جميع المحاضرات والندوات والأنشطة الأكاديمية عن بُعد وفقًا للجدول الدراسي المعتمد.
يجب على الطلبة زيارة الموقع الإلكتروني للجامعة واختيار بوابة الطلبة.
تحميل برنامج Microsoft Teams من خلال الدخول إلى موقع office.com باستخدام البريد الإلكتروني الجامعي بكلمة المرور الخاصة بالطالب.
ستُبث جميع المحاضرات مباشرة عبر تطبيق Teams بحسب أوقاتها المحددة في الجدول الدراسي.
يُشترط الالتزام بالحضور في الوقت المحدد وفتح الكاميرا عند الطلب والمشاركة الفعّالة أثناء المحاضرة.

2. Learning Materials & Recorded Lectures

All lectures will be recorded and made available on the University's Learning Management System (Moodle) for revision purposes.
Course materials, presentations, and supporting documents will be uploaded to Moodle.

ثانيًا: المواد التعليمية والتسجيلات

ستكون جميع المحاضرات مسجلة ومتوفرة على نظام التعليم الإلكتروني (Moodle) للرجوع إليها عند الحاجة.
يتم تحميل المواد الدراسية، العروض التقديمية، والملفات المساندة عبر نظام المودل.

3. Technical & Academic Support

In case of technical issues (login credentials, Teams access, Moodle access), students should contact the IT Department through the official University email.
Academic communication with instructors should be conducted only via the official University email or Microsoft Teams.

ثالثًا: الدعم الفني والتواصل

في حال وجود أي مشكلة تقنية (الدخول، كلمة المرور، Teams، Moodle)، يرجى التواصل مع قسم تقنية المعلومات عبر البريد الإلكتروني الرسمي للجامعة.
التواصل الأكاديمي، يتم مراسلة عضو هيئة التدريس عبر البريد الإلكتروني الجامعي أو من خلال Teams فقط.

⚠️ Important Notice:

Attendance in online classes is considered official attendance. University attendance and absence regulations will apply as in on-campus learning.

يُعتبر دخول الطالب إلى المحاضرة الإلكترونية بمثابة حضور رسمي، وتُطبّق لوائح الغياب والحرمان كما هو معمول به في التعليم الحضوري.
